There’s a space conventional medicine doesn’t have a code for.
It’s the space between your labs coming back “normal” and you actually feeling well.
Between not sick enough for a diagnosis and not well enough to feel like yourself.
Between being told everything is fine and knowing — in your body — that it isn’t.
That space has a name. It’s the gap.
Conventional medicine isn’t built to find you there. It’s designed to identify disease —
and when there’s no disease to name, the system has nothing left to offer you. No
answers. No next steps. Just a shoulder shrug and a referral that goes nowhere.
The gap is exactly where Wellness Continuum works. Not to manage your symptoms
until something diagnosable appears — but to find what’s driving them, address it, and
keep you from getting there in the first place.
If you’ve been dismissed, you weren’t imagining it. You were just in the wrong room.
Functional medicine is a process, not a transaction.
Every program begins the same way — a thorough intake, a targeted lab panel, and a Report of Findings, where we sit down together and I walk through exactly what I’m seeing, what it means, and what I believe is driving your symptoms. From there, your care is tailored to your physiology, your history, and the life you’re working to reclaim.
How long it takes depends on what you’re carrying. Some women have a single health concern or a cluster of clearly connected symptoms so they need three months of focused, high-touch support to see real movement. Others have layered health histories: multiple diagnoses that haven’t resolved, years of being dismissed by conventional medicine, symptoms that seem unrelated but are actually interconnected.
That kind of complexity requires five months to properly examine your whole physiology, identify the patterns, and build a sustainable path forward. Some want a clearer picture of their health before committing to anything longer and we can start there too. Whatever the path, the programs here are structured around what real change actually requires.
That’s a commitment, not a caveat.

Wellness Continuum complements primary care — it is not a replacement for it.
An active relationship with a primary care provider is required to work with me. I don’t manage acute illnesses, emergencies, or chronic medications. I work alongside your primary care provider, sharing your progress so we are genuine partners in your care. As your health picture shifts over time, I can suggest medication changes to your primary care provider, but I will not make them myself.
Finding the right level of care is something we determine together. That happens during the discovery call. We talk through your history, what you’ve already tried, what hasn’t worked, and what level of support makes the most sense for where you are right now.

Every patient begins with a complimentary discovery call.
From there, we determine together what makes the most sense for where you are right now. Some women move
directly into a full program. Others want a clearer picture of their health before committing — and that’s
exactly what the Lab Insight Session andFoundation Framework are designed for.
There’s no single path. There’s only the right one for you.
For women with recent labs who still need clarity
For women ready for comprehensive baseline testing and clarity
You’ve had labs done. You’ve been told everything looks normal. But something still doesn’t feel right, and nobody has taken the time to explain what those numbers mean in the context of your life.
This is a 60-minute visit built entirely around your existing lab work. We review what the results show, identify the patterns, discuss what they may point to, and determine whether a deeper investigation is warranted. You leave with real information — not a referral and a shrug.
For many women, this is the session that finally gives a name and direction to years of unanswered questions.
Note: Labs must be dated within the past 12 months to be eligible for this session.
If you decide to move into a full program, you will have 30 days to apply the cost of this session toward your wellness investment.
You know something is off. You want clarity before committing to a longer program — and you want someone who will actually look before telling you what they think.
The Foundation Framework begins with a comprehensive intake: your full health history, current symptoms, and goals.
A baseline lab panel is ordered to provide a clear picture of what’s happening beneath the surface. At your second visit, we review your Report of Findings together. You’ll understand what the labs show, what’s driving it, and what a path forward looks like for you.
You leave with a real picture of your health and a clear sense of what comes next.
Included: 2 visits with Stefanie • Comprehensive baseline lab panel

After your initial session, most women are ready to go deeper. What that looks like depends entirely on what we find and what you’re carrying. For some, the Transformation Track — a focused, high-touch three-month program —is exactly what the work requires. For others, the complexity of their health history calls for the longer arc of the Continuum Journey, a five-month program built for women whose symptoms are layered, interconnected, and have gone unanswered for years.
We determine which is right for you together — during your discovery call and after your initial session. There’s no guessing, and no pressure to pick before you have the full picture.

Stefanie is a thyroid cancer survivor. So is her daughter. Drawing on clinical training and lived experience, she understands what it means to navigate a system that hands you a “normal” lab result while your body is telling you something very different. Whether your thyroid is underperforming, overperforming, or gone entirely, this is a space where that history is taken seriously from the first conversation.
That depth of understanding spans the full range of conditions addressed by Wellness Continuum because thyroid dysfunction rarely travels alone.

If you’ve spent years being handed normal lab results while your body is telling you something different,
you don’t need another provider who glances at your chart and moves on.
You need someone who will actually look.
That’s what the discovery call is for.
It’s free. It’s twenty minutes. There’s no pressure and no pitch. We talk about where you
are, what you’ve already tried, and whether Wellness Continuum is the right fit for what you’re carrying. That’s it.
If the answer is yes, we figure out where to start — together.
